ATTENTION OWNERS AND RESIDENTS
The Board of Directors would like to remind all owners and residents that the architectural guidelines for the community must be followed. These architectural guidelines are registered as part of the encumbrance on your Alberta Land Title Certificate. These documents are the governing documents for the Rosenthal Homeowners Association. These guidelines help to keep the community looking consistent and clean, as well as ensure that the community remains up to the standard to which it was built.
The Architectural guidelines for each phase can also be found here on the Rosenthal HOA website by hovering over the “Resident Information” menu item and selecting “Architectural Guidelines” from the list of pages. From here you can either find your stage on the map or locate it in the list at the bottom of the page.
Thank you for your attention and cooperation in this matter.
