Rosenthal HOA 2022 AGM: Postponed

Dear Owners,

We have been advised that there were delays in receiving the AGM packages this year. Therefore, to allow proper notice and encourage attendance, the Rosenthal HOA 2022 AGM has been postponed and will not take place on May 17th as originally advised.

A new date is being coordinated for early June and all owners will be advised via circulated publication, HOA website posting, e-blast, and social media of the revised date. Please note that the AGM package sent in the mail will remain the same for the subsequent meeting, with the exception of the Notice of AGM, located on page 2 of the package. Thus, it is requested that you retain the package for reference at the AGM.

We apologize for any inconvenience and will adjust next year’s AGM date to ensure that ample notice is provided to the owners.

Rosenthal HOA 2022 AGM

The 2022 Rosenthal HOA AGM has been set for Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at 6:30 PM.

Per the passing of Bill 53, Non-Profit Organizations, of which homeowner’s associations fall under, have permission to hold a virtual meeting.  As such, the 2022 Rosenthal HOA AGM format this year will be online only.

Residents will need to vote for the resident directors as well as the association auditor in advance of the meeting.  We would also like to receive your questions in advance so we can address them at the meeting for everyone.

We will provide several ways to vote in advance of the meeting including by email and mail. Specific instructions will be included in the package that will be sent to residents prior to the meeting to ensure ample notice is given. The Zoom meeting information is also provided below for your reference.

2020 Audited Financial Statements

BDO was appointed as the Auditor for the Rosenthal HOA at the 2020 AGM to complete the 2020 Audited financials and they have just been completed. 

The Financials Can be viewed HERE and they will be mailed in the 2021 AGM package. Questions on The financial statements will be reviewed at the 2021 AGM , but if you have any urgent questions, please email HOA@MELCOR.CA

Rosenthal Homeowners Association (RHOA) Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide improved value to the Rosenthal residents and owners through the development, enhancement and maintenance of the Rosenthal area amenities.

RHOA Vision Statement

Our vision is to create a community environment that has a consistently high aesthetic appeal throughout; to enhance the walkways, ponds and common spaces; to establish and maintain close integrated communication with our stakeholders; and to ensure that the Rosenthal Community remains a preferred choice for current owners and potential buyers.

RHOA Fees

The RHOA fee is an encumbrance that is placed onto all registered land titles within Rosenthal. The fees are to be administered by the RHOA board of directors to pay for costs associated with the development, enhancement and maintenance of our common area neighbourhood.

2020 Fees for all registered titles within the Rosenthal area are $100.00 per household. The Board of Directors have decided to waive the service fee of 3% for online and telepay options.

2020 Fees: Deadline for payment is April 1st, 2019, Collection action will commence May 1st , 2020.

*Failing to register will not negate your responsibility to pay the annual fees for your home, any applicable late fees, or legal expenses that may be incurred by your account.
