Rosenthal Waterfall Maintenance

Our Contractors have finished topping up and covering bare spots at the waterfalls in Rosenthal with the limestone and Mulch. This is a cost to the HOA that will be a regular occurrence.

We have received reports of people removing the stones and playing in the waterfalls. Please be aware that this is unsafe but also a cost to all homeowners to maintain through the HOA fees.

2020 AGM Results & Updates

We are without doubt living through unprecedented levels of uncertainty and learning new ways of handling the challenges that the COVID-19 pandemic has thrown at us, As a result, the 2020 AGM meeting was held via zoom and there was no in person meeting and all voting was held in advance.

We moved through the formal requirements of the meeting, with Lorrie Gray & Cristi Leski acting as motioner and seconder which involved the appointment of BDO Canada as Auditor for 2020 and the results of the Residents elected to the Board of Directors for the 2020/2021 year of operations.

We received sufficient proxies to individually elect these nominees to serve as Directors on the Rosenthal Homeowners Association Board of Directors:

  1. Geoff Mann
  2. Scott Holliday
  3. Lorrie Gray
  4. Cristi Leskie

We would like to thank and acknowledge the governance and the commitment from our volunteer resident Directors during the 2019/2020 year, in Particular Mandeep Parihar and look forward to working with the elected directors during the development of the Rosenthal Community.
